Working principle

Notes are temporary by design. They preserve good ideas early, point toward where they belong, and get promoted into the real architecture once the concept is clear.

Capture quickly

Store the idea while it is still raw, without forcing the final architecture decision too early.

Suggest the destination

Each note explicitly names the page or building block where it probably belongs once refined.

Promote or discard

Once the idea is discussed, either place it into the canonical architecture or discard it cleanly.

Beautiful read layer on top of the canonical database

Idea

Everything should be stored structurally in the database, but the user experience should read from that database through a premium, website-style presentation layer. Cases, person profiles, planning views, and similar entities should feel beautiful, narrative, and easy to grasp, not like a basic admin dashboard.

Why it matters

This separates truth from presentation. The database remains the canonical system of record, while the interface becomes a high-quality read layer that improves comprehension, navigation, and emotional resonance without compromising structure.
